LowCarb Kitchen — low-carb recipes, meal plans, and a free daily macro tracker
LowCarb Kitchen is a free, browser-based toolkit for anyone eating low-carb or keto. It pairs 40 tested recipes, every one under 10g net carbs, with the planning and tracking tools you actually use day to day, and it works without an account: your diary, goals, meal plans and shopping lists all stay on your own device.
What you can do here
Browse recipes by category (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, desserts, sides, vegetarian and 30-minute meals), each with full macros, step-by-step instructions, and a built-in serving scaler. Then plan and track your week:
- Daily Tracker (food diary): log foods, recipes or custom meals and watch your net carbs, protein, fat and calories update against your goals in real time. Build a carb streak for every day you stay under your cap, and review your last 7 days at a glance.
- Meal Plan Generator: get a day-by-day plan matched to your calorie target and net-carb cap, built from the recipe library, with lock-and-reroll and one-click add-to-shopping-list.
- Net Carb Calculator: work out net carbs from a nutrition label or by combining common low-carb foods.
- Keto Macro Calculator: estimate your daily calories, protein, fat and net-carb targets with the Mifflin-St Jeor formula and a classic keto split.
- Sweetener Converter and Shopping List Builder: swap sugar for erythritol, allulose, monk fruit and more, then merge ingredients across recipes into an aisle-sorted list.
Understanding net carbs
Net carbs are total carbohydrate minus fiber. Erythritol and allulose are subtracted in full because they have little effect on blood glucose, while other sugar alcohols are subtracted at 50%. Keeping daily net carbs low, often 20-50g, is the core mechanic of a ketogenic or low-carb diet, which is exactly what the tracker and recipes are built around.
Nutrition values are educational estimates from standard ingredient data, not medical advice. Talk to a clinician before major diet changes, especially if you take diabetes or blood-pressure medication.
